Born August 2, 1943 in Savannah, Trish was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church. She was a 1961 graduate of Savannah High School and graduated from the University of Georgia in 1966. Trish was a flight attendant for National Airlines and Pan Am Airlines for 16 years prior to teaching school for 14 years. She was preceded in death by her mother, Patty Crawford Gaillard. Before immigrating to the United States with her family in 1990, Mrs. Ljungdahl was the Mayor and Executive Director for the city of Habo in Sweden.
