Phyllis Foughner, 86, died Monday, September 17, 2012 at Levine and Dixon Hospice House in Huntersville, NC. Phyllis was born on April 30, 1926 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late John and Margaret Kastendike. She attended Marion School for Girls in Marion, Virginia and shortly after graduation married Charles W. Brasse Jr. They had two sons, Charles W. Brasse, III and Robert Ames Brasse. She divorced Charles and moved to Miami, FL with the two boys where she took a position as a Credit and Collections clerk with National Airlines from which she retired after twenty years.
