Joseph Lawrence Wittkamp, 73, passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at St. Joseph’s Hospital.  The native Savannahian was a graduate of Glynn Academy in Brunswick, Georgia.  He was a veteran of the Vietnam Conflict having served as a Ranger in the United States Army.  He was also a Purple Heart recipient.
