Mr. William “Bill” Kriener, 71, Tybee Island, Georgia, died Thursday, January 26, 2023. He was born May 24, 1951, in Danville, Kentucky, son of the late Harlan Kriener and Ruth Tammee Kriener. He retired from the Georgia DOT. Survivors include his wife, Marcia Kirkland of Tybee Island; sister, Ruth Ann Donaldson (Doug) of Southport, NC; brother, John Kriener (Carol) of Elon, NC; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Susan Kirkland Higdon (Mike), and several nieces and nephews.
