MARLENE BURNS CECIL Marlene Burns Cecil, age 80, died Tuesday, August 7, 2007 at her residence in Savannah, GA. She was a Texas native born in Corsicana, Texas, August 15th , 1926. Most of her adult life was spent in Dallas, Texas with her husband Gowan Lanier Cecil, who is also a native of Texas. She was member of Highland Park United Methodist Church in Dallas. Some of her most wonderful times to be remembered are her days gardening, antiquing, her love for cats, travel, and visits from her family.
