Carmen H. Rivers Carmen Elizabeth Hubbard Rivers, 80, died Friday, December 7, 2007 at St. Joseph’s Hospital. She was a native of Tampa, Florida and lived in Savannah most of her life. She retired as office manager from Metropolitan Life Insurance Company after many years of service. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Midway and was a former member of the Fleming Baptist Church where she served as a Sunday School teacher for the Faith Sunday School class.
