Margaret "Peg" Duncan, 70, died Friday, January 11, 2008 at her home in Savannah under the care of Hospice Savannah. Mrs. Duncan was born in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, the daughter of the late David and Elizabeth Waters. She was raised in Miami, and ultimately moved to the Savannah area. She was a longtime member of the ALA OBA. Peg had a soft spot in her heart for the physically handicapped children of the Shriners Children’s Hospital.
