SAVANNAH-- Warren Cass Rogers, 88, died Monday, August 11, 2008 at St. Joseph's/Candler Hospital. Warren, a resident of Savannah since 1959, was a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel. Hunter Air Force Base was the last of many assigned posts during his 20 year service history. After his retirement in 1961, Warren owned an insurance company, "R & R Insurance", in partnership with a friend, the late Col. William Rockwell.
