JOSEPH ANTON CHRISTIANSEN December 10, 1924 – August 31, 2008 Joseph A. Christiansen, 83, passed away August 31, 2008, at Candler Hospital following a long illness. A native of Savannah, and life long resident of Isle of Hope, his family operated a dairy farm in the 1930's. He enlisted in the Navy following Pearl Harbor and was a veteran of WWII and the Korean War.
