Jeanne Elizabeth Cheshire Meyer, 77, died Saturday, May 30, 2009 at Hospice Savannah with her family by her side. She was a native of Riverhead, New York and lived in Savannah most of her life. She was a founding member of St. Francis of the Islands Episcopal Church. Mrs. Meyer was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority for over 30 years, a CPR Instructor and Water Safety Instructor.
