Andrew J. "Red" Howard, 85, died Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at Riverview Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Brooklet, Georgia, son of the late John R. and Mary Waters Howard. Mr. Howard served in the United States Navy being honorably discharged in 1945. He retired from Union Camp Corporation in 1990 after 43 years of service.
