She was married 59 years to Henry B. Waters who preceded her in death and who was owner of Henry B. Waters Construction Company. Mr. and Mrs. Waters lived most of their lives in Savannah where she was a homemaker. Frankie came from a large and loving family and lived a long, happy full life with her happiest times being surrounded by her family at family gatherings.
