Jon Hope, 56, passed away on March 29, 2011. A dad, brother, uncle, best friend and colleague, he left before we were ready to say "good-bye." Jon was born in Miami and grew up primarily in Atlanta. When the Braves came to Atlanta, Jon became a fan. He delivered papers on his route with the game blasting from his transistor radio. And he remained a fan, driving from Savannah to attend all of the playoff games. Jon ran the Peachtree Road Race over twenty-five times and introduced his son to that tradition.
