Joseph Francis O'Loughlin, Jr. 90, passed away peacefully April 22nd at Hospice House in Savannah. He was a native of Savannah and son of Joseph Francis and Pansy Bolton O'Loughlin. He graduated from Benedictine Military School, Class of 1942. He played basketball and a member of the first Benedictine Basketball Team to ever win the Savannah City Championship.
