The Reverend James Wheeler Chester, Jr., 92, peacefully entered heaven’s rest on Tuesday, March 13, 2018, following a brief decline. He was attended at his residence at Marshview Senior Living by Kindred Hospice. His life is a testament to the Glory of God.
