She was the daughter of the late Calvert and Barbara Ballard. Her sister is the late Linda Peterson. She met O. C. Fowler, Jr., while he was a Navy Flight Instructor in Pensacola, Florida. It was April 19, 2023 that we lost our beautiful son, Blake Anthony Willis 'Blakey'. Heaven gained a very special angel because God needed him to come home.
