Frederick deBorde, Sr. Tybee Island-Frederick deBorde, Sr., 80, died Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at Memorial Health University Medical Center. He was a native of Savannah and moved to Tybee Island over fifty years ago. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and for over twenty seven years, a chief engineer with St. Joseph’s Hospital. He was a charter member of the Fenian Society and a devoted communicant of St. Michael’s Catholic Church where over the years he gave tirelessly of his time and services.
