Richard Thomas DeLoach Tybee Island - Richard Thomas DeLoach, age 79, died July 9, 2007 at Memorial Health University Medical Center. The Bulloch County native was a graduate of Brooklet High School, and moved to Tybee Island in 1949. He was a volunteer fire fighter with the Tybee Island Fire Department for over twenty years and served one term on the Tybee City Council.
