She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Walls; her mother and step-father, Eunice and Frank Johnson; son, Dwight Scott Hudson and brother, Howard Walls. Mrs. Hudson worked as a seamstress for many years, ultimately becoming the co-owner of Hudson's Upholstery which she helped operate for twelve years before retiring in 1997.
