Harold E. Wimer SAVANNAH - Harold E. Wimer, age 70, died Sunday, Nov. 9, at his home in Savannah. He had been battling lung cancer over the past several months. Born July 17, 1938, he was the son of Mary Dills Wimer, who currently resides in Savannah and the late Joseph W. Wimer. He was a native of West Virginia but his business career took him to New Jersey, Missouri, Delaware, Illinois, and Nebraska.
