Tybee Island- James L. Smith, 77, passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at Hospice Savannah. He was a native of Richmond, Indiana. For many years, he lived in the Jacksonville area where he owned Duval Dental Lab. He moved to Tybee Island six years ago to be closer to his family. His daughter, Cindy Pyne and sister, Beulah, preceded him in death.
