Thomas L. Fulton, Jr. SAVANNAH – Thomas L. Fulton, Jr., 89, died Monday, November 28, 2011, at St. Joseph's Hospital. The native and lifelong resident of Savannah was a 1948 graduate of Emory University and received his Masters degree from Armstrong State College in 1978. He served in the United States Air Force during World War II, the Korean Conflict and in Vietnam, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. He received the distinguished Bronze Star Medal.
