Mrs. Betty Louise Ard- Winter age 77 of Acworth, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2016 at home after a long battle surrounded by her family. Born in Savannah, Georgia to George and Lucille Barnard. Mrs. Ard-Winter was the Budget Director for the Mental Health Department for the State of Georgia. She was director over Georgia Regional and many other facilities in Savannah.
