Richard S. Tuttle passed away in Savannah on November 4, 2017 after a brief illness. He is survived by his brother Raymond Tuttle of Hilton Head, SC and his son Raymond Tuttle of Fredericksburg, VA. His wife of more than 50 years, Irma Stayer Tuttle, passed away in 2016.Richard was the son of Raymond Tuttle, whose family arrived in New Haven in 1635 on the ship Planter from England.
