George Porter Martin, age 83, passed away on August 27, 2025 in Savannah, Georgia. He was born on April 17, 1942 in Valdosta, Georgia. He moved to Savannah as a small child and spent the rest of his life as a Wilmington Island resident. He was one of eight children to Fred Arnold Martin and Emily Heidel Martin.
