HARGETT, David ‘Dave’ Warren Hargett, (Major Ret) AK ANG Dave died peacefully at home on May 7, 2021 with his wife Georgie by his side, following a hard-fought battle with pancreatic cancer. Dave was born at Barksdale AFB, Bossier City Louisiana on October 10, 1950. He was the second son of the late James and Geneva Hargett. He graduated USAF Pilot Training for the Alaska Air National Guard in November 1972 and after some time in the C-123 qualified as C-130 Aircraft Commander in 1976.
