Frank Barham, 59, died Wednesday, May 20, 2015 in a tragic accident while riding his wheelchair on a 304 mile journey across Georgia. Frank was on his way to Savannah to participate in a charity concert to raise money for Whirlwind Wheelchairs for People with Disabilities who need wheelchairs.
