Guyton- Byron G. Dixon, 72, died Monday, February 20, 2017 at East Georgia Regional Hospital. He was born in Lyons, GA, moved to Savannah and was a 1962 graduate of Benedictine Military School. In 1968, he graduated from the University of Georgia. He served in the 9th Division of the U.S. Army based out of Fort Jackson, NC and proudly served in Vietnam.
