Helen Nelson Brown passed away peacefully on May 8, 2024, in Savannah, Georgia, at the age of 79. Born on July 16, 1944, in Barryville, NY. She graduated from Eldred Central School in 1962 and received a full scholarship to attend Marywood University, earning her BA in Elementary and Special Education in 1966.
