Passed away on May 15, 2018
Michael Barron Weil, 52, died suddenly, Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at his residence. The native of Savannah was a graduate of Benedictine Military School, class of 1983. He was involved in the used truck sales industry as an owner and in operating the family business, Westside Truck Sales.
He was an avid sportsman, enjoying any sport of the season, but especially fishing, hunting, and golf.
He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Torie Weil Polk, and her husband Hayden of Rincon, two sons, Dustin Michael Weil of Savannah, and Tyler Barron Weil, and his fiance’ Taylor Greeson of Pooler, his parents, Danny and Loyce Weil of Richmond Hill, one brother, David E. Weil and his wife Tammy of Richmond Hill, one sister, Connie Weil Carlisle of Big Canoe, GA, two grandchildren, Brinley Polk and Colton Polk, one soon to be born grandson, Paxton Polk, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, May 17, 2018 at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.
Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 18, 2018 at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.
Burial will be in Bonaventure Cemetery
Family requests for remembrances be sent to Benedictine Military School.
