My condolences and love to the entire Curry family. Our families friendship goes back many years. Herbie and I spent a great deal of time together about 38 years ago as I gave him rides to our businesses in The Gallery of Shops on Hilton Head Island. We shared many of great times and stories together as well as time on the golf course and the putt putt course on the Island. Some stories I will have to keep to my self!! He had such a infectious smile and personality which always brought a smile to his friends and customers faces. Herbie was especially so very proud of his daughter Brittany and her achievements in life. He will be missed by everyone who was so blessed to have shared his friendship. May he RIP. Your pal, Peag

Although I haven’t physically seen Herbie in many years, his Facebook posts kept me laughing and thinking “same old Herbie” from our days at Calvary. Many Cavaliers have said this and I will too: No matter how many years pass or distance grows, those of us who attended Calvary Day School together will always be family. And Herbie’s untimely death means we just lost another member too soon. Prayers to the Curry family as you mourn this tragic loss.
