My wife and I missed the announcement of Billy's passing our infant son had been in PICU but we wanted to offer our condolences to the family. Billy was my sponsor for Savannah Golf Club about 6 years ago and I had the great pleasure of playing my initial round of golf there with him. A stranger at that time to many there, Billy not only made me feel welcome but introduced me to many folks who are good and close family friends today. I will miss him.
