Bobby Ralph Price, 79 passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at St. Joseph's Hospital. He was born April 20, 1932 to the late Ferris and Bertha Price. Bobby was a veteran of the Korean War and a longtime member and Deacon of Silk Hope Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Julie Teresa Cortes.
Surviving are his wife of 57 years, LaVerne Lucas Price, of Richmond Hill, his daughter, Lisa Pullum, his son, Buddy Price, five grandchildren, Ian Price, Lexi Price, Jason Pullum, Christina Rosado, and Valerie Cortes, and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Friday, May 13, 2011 at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.
Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 14, 2011 at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel with The Rev. Jonathon Phillips officiating.
Burial will be in Bonaventure Cemetery.
Remembrances may be made to Silk Hope Baptist Church.
