Sergeant Crowder was my first Sergeant when I became a police officer. He was a tremendous positive influence on me personally and on my career. He was the quintessential 'street sergeant' - firm but fair. Many officers own him a lot. He will be missed. 'Fair winds and Following Seas' Sarge.
