L.W. "Jack" Jakubowski, 84, died Thursday, January 5, 2012 after a long illness under the care of Hospice Savannah.
Mr. Jakubowski is survived by his wife of 55 years, Aline "Sam" Jakubowski.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
