GUEST BOOK

Dad, I miss you

- John Taggart, Copperas Cove, TX

I am glad I had the chance to meet and be a friend of Jim Taggart's. He was very concerned about others asking always how they were. He will be missed by so many. Kathy you have so many wonderful memories. He was a good person.

- Gayle, Savannah, GA

Our thoughts and prayers are with you Kathy and children. we are so sorry that Jim was taken from you way too soon. Jim will be remembered by all as he was a good friend to many and a wonderful and dedicated husband and father. I am so glad I had the chance to visit with Jim prior to his demise. It reminded me of what a smart, highly educated and good person he was. And, Kathy, your strength, courage and dedication during his illness was evident and that same strength and courage will help you thru the coming days. Jim is in God's hands now and he will also be watching over you. With deepest sympathy, Jimmy & Debbie Wallace

- Debra Wallace, Savannah, GA

I can't believe my buddy is gone. I will never forget: our deep conversations, talking with Kathy while he put on his head phones and watched television, all the fun times at Tubbys, sharing each other's families, but especially the way he looked at Kathy every time they danced together. I know he is looking down on her with that same love. I pray that she will feel that love everyday. Much love to Kathy and the children.

- Melissa Sanso, savannah, GA

- Charles & Nancy Black, Thunderbolt 31404, GA

To Kathy & Family, Jan & I will miss the comradeliness that we felt, when we greeted & converse with you & Jim, at Post 36, and other places that we ran into each other. I personally admired Jim's input, etc with our brainpoping ideas to improve the post, the world, & whatever else that got in the way. If there is anything we can do for you to get thru this transition, please let us know.

- Bryan & Jan Roussell, Savannah, GA

Kathy, so very sorry for your loss. Last report I had he was improving slowly, then heard he passed away. So many good memories you have to share, and remember of a wonderful life together. Kathy, you both were such a great help to me years ago when I was an officer in the Savannah Shag Club, and we all had so much fun with the Line Dance Team. Those were the days. His work with the American Legion will be remembered for years to come. Jim will be missed by so many. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Amy and I express our sincere condolences at your loss of a fine husband and loving Father & grandfather. He will be missed by all who knew him. The world was a better place with him in it. Kathy hold on to your family now as they help you though this rough time. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Amy's favorite Bible verse is a good one in times of loss. Phil. 4:6-7 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request be made to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Kathy, There are always 'What If's' But in many ways I regret having moved so far away from Family. Wish I'd been closer for the last 25 or so years so that we could've spent more time together. I'll never forget some of the memories, and STILL remember throwing darts with you and Jim. It was so funny when he'd make his shots and forget to get his darts before he sat down. We miss you both.
