LOBECO, SC - Robert P. “Bobby” Dimmick, Jr. died Tuesday, July 7, 2015 after a long illness. The Savannah native was a graduate of Herschel V. Jenkins High School and a retired employee of United Parcel Service. He was predeceased by his father, Robert P. Dimmick .
Surviving are his wife, Jan Dimmick; three sons, Robert, III, Michael and Andrew Dimmick; his mother and stepfather, Betty and Elmo Weeks; his sister, Nancy A. Dimmick; and a brother, Walter F. Dimmick.
A private service will be held at a later date.
