Patricia G. Ham

Patricia Grissom Ham, 73, lost her prolonged battle with Alzheimer’s, Thursday, November 5, 2015. She was preceded in death by her father, Winfred Grissom. Patricia retired as a Social Worker for the Chatham County Department of Family and Children Services. Surviving are her husband, Charles W. Ham, Sr., her mother, Muriel Grissom, two sisters, Susan Grissom and Jan Grissom, two step-children, Charles W. Ham, Jr., and Amy Ruth Nunnelee, and three grandchildren.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
