Joanne Best, 90, of Savannah, passed away Monday, April 20, 2026. She was born December 15, 1935, in Brooklyn, New York, daughter of the late Edmund Osinski and Helen Cooper Osinski, and preceeded in death by her husband, Joseph Edward Best. 

A visitation will be from 11:00a.m. until 12:00p.m. Saturday, May 9, 2026, at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church followed by a 12:00p.m. Mass of Christian Burial Service. Interment will be at the Catholic Cemetery.
