Lisa Hebert McEachern

Lisa Hebert McEachern, 73, passed away Monday, September 15, 2025, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was born in Louisiana to the late Louis and Caroline Alexius Hebert. Lisa was an avid L.S.U. Tigers fan and loved cheering them on. Playing cards with her dear friends was one of her favorite pastimes. She was very devoted to her family, but her favorite role of all was being an amazing Mimi to her granddaughter, Caroline.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Fuller McEachern.

Lisa is survived by her daughter, Raleigh McEachern of Savannah, her daughter Lauren and son-in-law Patrick House, and granddaughter Caroline House of Savannah. She is also survived by her brother Roger, and sister-in-law, Jean Hebert of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Niece, Amy Hebert, nephew, Roger Hebert and his wife Kelli, and numerous wonderful grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

The family would like to extend their special gratitude to the medical providers of St. Joseph’s Hospital who provided exceptional care to Lisa.

A Celebration of her Life will be held at the Whitefield Chapel at Bethesda, 9520 Ferguson Ave, in Savannah on Tuesday, September 23 at 4:00 pm.

Tributes in Lisa’s memory would be appreciated to ASPCA, P.O. Box 96929, Washington, DC, 20090.
