Ashley Brooke Phillips, 45, of Green Cove Springs, Florida, passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at St. Joseph's Hospital after a brief illness. She was born March 16, 1978 in Jacksonville, Florida, and worked in Pharmaceutical Sales. She is survived by her parents, Sherman D. Phillips and Sarena Vaughn Phillips, her brother, Shawn Phillips, and many other realtives and friends. No services are planned at this time.
