GUEST BOOK

Mary and I shared some good times during our childhood, growing up, and into our “senior years”. We had some fun trips through the years, and she always enjoyed our adventures together. She always enjoyed the holidays that she spent with family in Savannah, and I loved having her visit in Virginia Beach. She loved assisting with her high school reunions, and she loved her many friends that she made through work, social activities and volunteering, always willing to help. I will miss her laughter and sweet disposition. Mary was a good person with a soft voice, but don’t be mistaken, she had the stamina to carry on in any given situation. Love you Mary!

Mary was a dear friend for almost 50 years. We were both from Savannah, but we met in Atlanta in 1976. I have so many fun memories of shopping, traveling and just being together. I will truly miss her visits and calls. Until we meet again. Love, Pam

I am so sorry for your loss. Mary was a very special person. I worked with her at Savannah Foods and Diamond Crystal Brands. I never heard her say anything bad about anyone. She was always helpful and I will miss her dearly also.

The memories of being greeted with a warm hug and a kiss on the cheek. The “I love you” that always came at the end. The 80’s music and yacht rock that always played in the kitchen. The inside joke about getting rid of all the clutter on the table. The 2 hour sessions on using a tablet to browse and check email that led to discussions about life. The simple things in life. Rest peacefully. I love you Mary.

Sending love and prayers to her brother. I had the pleasure of meeting her and working with her for physical therapy. It breaks my heart to see this but I am so grateful that the last time I saw her she was able to meet my daughter and the 3 of us ate dinner together while she was at Savannah Square. RIP sweet lady. We love you

I am so sorry for your loss. Mary was a good friend of my Mother, JoAnne Aeger. I only knew Mary from the time I spent with her when she and my Mama were hanging out. Such a sweet lady. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I worked with Mary at Savannah Foods many years ago. She was such a wonderful spirit, and even though I was the baby of the bunch she was welcoming and inclusive. I was visiting another recent loss on the site and noticed Mary's passing. I am praying your family feels some comfort when you read the positive stories that happened throughout Mary's life. My sincere condolences and prayers go out to all who knew and loved Mary Ellen. She was so giving and kind.
