Dear Betty and family: We are so very sad to learn of Phil's passing. He was a wonderful family man, a dedicated church member, and a great neighbor. We always enjoyed our chats with Phil and truly appreciated his keen intellect, his gentle manner and his sense of humor. We will miss seeing Phil in the neighorhood, and we know he will be sadly missed by the family he so loved, and by others like us who were privileged to know him.
