Khamphay Khotphuy
October 10, 1961 - February 19, 2023
Khamphay Khotphuy, 61, died peacefully on Sunday, February 19, 2023.
Khamphay was born in Vientiane, Laos. She moved to the United States in 1980 with her husband of 40 years, Sy Khotphuy.
Khamphay’s passion was her family. She was a successful business owner for many years. She loved to spend time with her grandchildren. Khamphay was everything to her daughters, Pat, Sou, and Alicia; she taught them discipline, loyalty, and love for family. Her most absolute enjoyment was farming her land. Khamphay’s beauty and love for life will continue to live on through her family.
In addition to her husband Sy, Khamphay leaves behind her three daughters and their husbands, Souvayny and Somneuk Rasamee, Pat Khotphuy and Boune Seangthong, and Alicia and Bryan Pagtakhan; and eight grandchildren, Logan, Bree, Caleb, Skye, Ben, Collin, Makaila, and Noah.
