In addition to his parents, Henry was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph S. Tison.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Virginia Kelly Tison; two sons H. Lawton Tison, III (Mary) and John M. Ginny, I’m so incredibly sorry to learn about Henry. I’m also saddened that we have so lost touch recently after so many glory years from 45th, the IOH and as young married parents raising kids. My sincerest condolences, support and I look forward to reconnecting soon. All the very best future to you and your family, Randy Booker, Sr.
