Betty Jane Kendrick Eady
Passed away on December 29, 2022
Betty Jane Kendrick Eady, 93, passed away Thursday, December 29, 2022. She was born in Center Hill, Florida to the late Gary and Essie Newsome Kendrick. Mrs. Eady was a member of Cresthill Baptist Church. Her Christian faith was very important to her. She enjoyed singing in the choir with her beautiful alto voice. She took pride in being a homemaker and will be remembered for her excellent southern cooking.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Eady was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Thomas Eady, and her son, Edwin Randolph Eady.
Surviving are her daughters, Karen Rimbert (Philippe) of Decatur, GA, Cheryl Kleinhenz (Dominic) of Lighthouse Point, Florida, Patricia Finucci of Savannah, GA, also her grandchildren, Bridgette Blackmon, Steve Tompkins (Cici), Dominic Thomas Kleinhenz (Kimberly), Alexandra Estrada (Tom), and Samantha Harper (Michael), her great-grandchildren, Michaela, Regan, Ellany, Oliver, Rowan, Samuel, Dominic, and Benjamin; her sister, Ruby Padgett, and longtime friend, Gloria Mullins, as well as many nieces and nephews.
A Graveside Service in Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at 11:00.
