Alice Faye Hyers
Passed away on November 04, 2022
Alice Faye Hyers, 95, passed away Friday, November 4, 2022. She was born February 10, 1927 in Savannah, GA to the late Charles and Alice Cleveland Lowenthal. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Adrian Foster Hyers, daughters, Mary Elizabeth Hyers, Linda Thomas, Carol Cooley, and grandson, John Kondas.
Mrs. Hyers worked for the Savannah Morning News, Learners Department Store, and Rose of Sharon Senior Living. She was a communicant of the Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist, loved traveling around the world, and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Charlotte and Charles Lee of Savannah, grandson, Christopher Lee, of Savannah; great-granddaughter, Annabella Kondas.
A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Greenwich Cemetery.
