Celebrating the life of
Lynn G. Gergacs
March 24, 1949 - August 14, 2022
Lynn G. Gergacs, 73, died peacefully on Sunday, August 14, 2022.
Lynn was born in Savannah, the daughter of Maurice and Betty (Sloat) Goslee. She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church along with being a nursury and preschool aid at Isle of Hope United Methodist Church. Lynn also worked as a hair assistant at Horst and Company. She loved plants, decorating, fashion, shopping, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Lynn is survived by her son; Barrett Gergacs, daughter-in-law; Nikki Gergacs, grandchildren; Grace Gergacs and Finley Gergacs, Daughter; Tara Fisher, son-in-law; Troy Fisher; sisters; Betty Thomas (Joe), Gail Dugger (Glenn) and Kay Williamson (Alan); several nieces and nephews; and grand-nieces and nephews. Lynn is predeceased by her parents, Maurice and Betty Goslee, and her sister, Clair Phillips and Clair's husband, Gene Phillips.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, August 18th, 2022 at Fox & Weeks Hodgson Location, 7200 Hodgson Memorial Drive.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Thank you Momma Bird, for allowing me into your nest, and treating me as if I was one of your own. This family has been a joy to be a part of and I know you had a hard job trying to keep it all together. I wish you didn’t have to leave so soon but I am grateful that your suffering has concluded, now you can build some great memories watching all of us from above (in The Skybox Seats). We love you so much and will never forget all that we learned from you.
