Barbara M. “Sugar” Hall, 86, passed away Saturday, August 13, 2022 at Hospice Savannah with her family by her side.  She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend to many. 

She was born August 30, 1935 to the late James Alouis Huml, Sr., and Doris Huml, and was preceded in death by her husband, Richard W. Hall, Sr.

Barbara was very active and held several officer positions in the Alee Shriners Ladies Auxiliary, Alee Patrol Ladies Auxiliary, and Tybee Light Shrine Club Auxiliary.  She enjoyed Friday afternoon cards, Tybee Light Tuesday Night Supper Club, painting, and visiting with friends.

Barbara is survived by her daughter, Darlene and son-in-law, Michael E. Beytagh, grandchildren, Logan K. Beytagh (Sarah), and Courtney B. Raney (Doug), great-grandchildren, Amelia and Thomas, brother, James A. Huml, III (Scharlotte) of Sautee Nacoochee, GA, several nieces and nephews, and her many friends. 

Visitation will be 1:00 to 1:45 p.m., Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Islands Chapel. 

Funeral Service will be 1:45 p.m., Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Islands Chapel, with The Rev. Patrick O’Brien officiating.

Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
