Susan Pamela Sims Ohsiek, 63, passed away on Friday August 5, 2022 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Savannah, GA. Susan was born December 14, 1958 in Savannah, GA to Orville Leroy Sims Sr. and Gloria Ann Von Waldner Sims. She attended St. James Catholic School and St. Vincent’s Academy.

The greatest joy in her life was being a mother and a grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her parents as well as her husband, John Henry Ohsiek III “Jay.”

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Shelley and Tanner Howell of Savannah, GA, her son, John Henry Ohsiek IV “Jake” of Savannah, GA, and her granddaughter. Also surviving are her siblings Orville Leroy Sims Jr. “Jake” of Pooler, GA, Catherine Sims of Savannah, GA, and Theresa Mobley of Savannah, GA.

A private service will be held at a later date.
