Loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather.
William Gore Bowers, Jr., 75, passed away March 2, 2022, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Savannah.
William was born September 27, 1946, in McKeesport, PA to the late William Gore Bowers Sr. and Clara L. (Rossner) Bowers. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Deborah Bowers.
William is survived by his sons, Ryan (Jessica) Bowers and Shane (Tabitha) Wunderley; grandchildren, Luke Bowers, Evan Bowers and Tysen Wunderley; his six sisters and one brother, Louise Broman, David R. Bowers, Laura J. Chuha, all of West Mifflin, PA, Judy Verlich, of North Olmsted, OH, Lola Richards, of Jefferson Hills, PA, of Clare Bellas and Carole School, both of Elizabeth, PA; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Graveside service was held in Greenwich Cemetery in Savannah on March 4, 2022.
